What are your caps made of?

Our cotton caps are made from 96% cotton and 4% elastane: soft, breathable and slightly stretchy. Our knitted caps are made from 60% cotton and 40% acrylic, using OEKO-TEX certified material.

Where are your caps made?

Every cap is designed in Switzerland and made in the EU from carefully selected European materials, continuing our family's cap-making tradition that began in Hungary. Read our story.

Are the caps safe for babies?

We choose soft, skin-friendly materials and check every cap by hand, including seams, ties and small details. As with all children's clothing, supervise little ones and never leave a baby to sleep in a cap with ties.

How do I wash the caps?

We recommend a gentle wash at 30°C, inside out, and drying flat. Always follow the care label on your cap.

Sizing

How do I find the right size?

Measure your child's head circumference in centimetres and choose that size. Our Size Guide shows you how.

My child is between two sizes. Which should I choose?

Choose the larger size. If the size doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size: just let us know within 7 calendar days after delivery. Postage for the exchange is paid by the customer.

Can I exchange a cap for a different size?

Yes. Email us at info@minixswitzerland.com within 7 calendar days after receiving your order, and we'll send you the exchange instructions. The cap must be unworn, unwashed and have its original tags attached. Postage for the exchange is paid by the customer.

How does the bundle offer work?

Add any 3 caps to your cart and the current bundle promotion is applied according to the offer shown in the store. Mix eligible styles, sizes and prices. Create your bundle.

Shipping & returns

How much is shipping?

The current shipping charge and any active free-shipping promotion are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally processed within approximately 1–3 working days. Carrier transit time is separate and depends on the selected delivery service.

Do you ship outside Switzerland?

Not yet. We currently ship within Switzerland only.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Contact us within 7 calendar days after receipt. After receiving return instructions, dispatch the return within a further 7 calendar days. For voluntary returns and size exchanges, postage is paid by the customer. See Shipping & Returns.
